Shipping Policies for Alcohol Beverages
Party Town (licensed in KY) states that you immediately assume ownership for any products you purchase at the time you place your order, and purchases are recorded in Kentucky. If this is bought to be delivered outside of Kentucky, you allow a common carrier to deliver them for you. All items from the carrier will be shipped with an adult signature required upon pickup; shipping without a signature required is not an option under any circumstances. Upon ordering, you certify that you comprehend and agree to all rules regarding sales, transportation, and delivery of alcoholic beverages and cigar products in your state and have permission to do so legally in all facets. You also confirm that you are at least 21 years of age, the minimum age to buy alcohol legally.
Shipping States for Alcohol Beverages
We currently ship only to the following: Alabama (AL), Arizona (AZ), California (CA), Colorado (CO), Connecticut (CT), District of Columbia (DC), Florida* (FL), Georgia (GA), Hawaii (HI), Idaho (ID), Illinois (IL), Indiana (IN), Iowa (IA), Kansas (KS), Louisiana (LA), Maine (ME), Michigan (MI), Minnesota (MN), Missouri (MO), Nebraska (NE), Nevada (NV), New Mexico (NM), New York (NY), North Carolina (NC), Ohio (OH), Oregon (OR), Rhode Island (RI), South Carolina (SC), Tennessee (TN), Vermont (VT), Virginia (VA), Washington (WA), West Virginia (WV), Wisconsin (WI), and Wyoming (WY). *Florida (FL): We are prohibited from shipping to the following counties: Lafayette County, Liberty County, Madison County, Suwannee County, and Washington County. We do not currently offer international shipping or shipping to U.S. territories.
Age Verification for Alcohol Beverages and Cigars
We will not sell or ship to anyone below 21 years of age for alcohol and 18 for cigar products. Proof of age is required upon checkout.
Prohibited Items for Shipping
We can't ship alcohol above 75% ABV or 150-proof. Examples include: Everclear Grain Alcohol and Bacardi 151.
Shipping Carriers
FedEx is our primary shipping carrier.
Shipping Options/Shipping Charges
Your choice of shipping options is presented at checkout. Shipping charges are based on package weight and destination, which are determined from the FedEx shipping calculator.
Adult Signature Required
Our shipping carrier requires adult signature upon delivery.
Shipment Tracking
Once your order is processed, we will send an order tracking number to the email address provided in your account from which you can check the status of your order.
Damaged Shipments
Once you have placed your order, all sales are final and non-refundable.
Incorrect Shipments
In the rare case that an order is shipped incorrectly, please call us at (859) 371-4466. We will make it right!
Order Fulfillment
We fill orders promptly and accurately at Party Town. We do our best to process and prepare your order for shipping immediately following receipt. Generally, orders received before 12:00pm EST Monday through Friday are shipped same day. Orders received after 12:00pm EST Monday through Friday are shipped the next business day.
Out of Stock Orders
Our product inventory is updated every hour. Should a product selection be out of stock at the time of your online order, we will immediately contact you via the email or phone provided in your account to inform you and ask how you would like to proceed.
Order Cancellation
Your order is immediately processed by our system. Should you elect to cancel your order, please call or email us immediately to request a cancellation. Once your order is shipped, we cannot cancel your order and no refunds will be provided.
