Party Town in-store pickup is designed to give you convenience and availability, with constant access to all of our products.
When can I schedule an order for In-Store Pickup?
You may schedule an order pickup date up to sixty (60) days out from your order date.
How long will it take to have my order ready?
Once your order confirmation is received by us, it will be prepared and ready for pickup in two hours.
How will my order be stored?
All orders are stored at room temperature in a dedicated space, and with the exception of kegs, none will be stored in coolers or freezers.
How will I know when my order is ready for pickup?
Once your order is prepared, we'll send an email informing you that your order is ready for pickup.
What do I bring with me when I pick up my order?
Please bring the following:
Valid State-issued Identification, such as a driver's license
Order ID# or Order Confirmation Receipt
What should I do if someone else will be picking up my order?
To inform us that someone other than yourself will be picking up your order, please use the "Special Instructions" text box provided at checkout to specify the person's name. For your security, this person will need to provide us with their valid identification and Order ID# or Order Confirmation Receipt. If there are no Special Instructions on your order, we will not release your order to anyone other than you.
Where do I pick up my order?
You will pick up your order at our service desk.
What if I want to add products to my order when I arrive?
You are welcome to continue shopping once you arrive. Once you are finished, go to the service desk to inform that you are ready to check out. Your Party Town pick-up order will be retrieved, and you will check out your remaining items.
Will staff help be available to me to load my order?
Absolutely. Our staff is always ready to assist with loading. Just ask.
Your Party Town pick-up order is immediately processed by our system. Should you elect to cancel your order, please call or email us immediately to request a cancellation.
